Takvo stanje dovodi do toga da organi ne dobivaju dovoljno kisika, \u0161to rezultira umorom i malaksalo\u0161\u0107u. Zbog toga je <strong>pobolj\u0161anje krvne slike<\/strong> va\u017eno kako bismo povratili snagu, imunitet i vitalnost organizma. Anemija nastaje kada tijelo nema dovoljno zdravih crvenih krvnih zrnaca ili hemoglobina da prenose kisik do tkiva.
