Iako fibromialgija nije degenerativna ni upalna bolest zglobova ili mi\u0161i\u0107a, ona spada u te\u0161ka oboljenja zbog toga \u0161to kroni\u010dni bol i iscrpljenost ozbiljno naru\u0161avaju kvalitet \u017eivota oboljelih. Stalni bol sam po sebi mo\u017ee aktivirati stresni odgovor tijela i dovesti do oksidativnog stresa. Kao prvo, pir poma\u017ee da se obezbijedi stabilna energija tokom dana (\u0161to je va\u017eno protiv umora) i da se pobolj\u0161a san, daje triptofan i druge aminokiseline koje potpoma\u017eu sintezu serotonina i melatonina \u2013 hormona va\u017enih za dobro raspolo\u017eenje i san. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bogat je <strong>magnezijumom<\/strong> koji je prirodni mi\u0161i\u0107ni relaksant; dovoljan unos magnezijuma mo\u017ee smanjiti napetost mi\u0161i\u0107a i pojavu gr\u010deva, \u0161to kod fibromialgije mo\u017ee ubla\u017eiti bol. <strong>Antioksidativna svojstva<\/strong> pira doprinose smanjenju oksidativnog stresa koji mo\u017ee pogor\u0161avati osje\u0107aj bola. Pir sadr\u017ei i odre\u0111ene minerale poput cinka i mangana koji su kofaktori u sintezi enzima za zarastanje i regeneraciju tkiva, \u0161to mo\u017ee doprinijeti oporavku mikropovreda u mi\u0161i\u0107ima ili tetivama. <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U cjelini, pir djeluje kao <strong>prirodni balans<\/strong>: obezbe\u0111uje hranjive materije za energiju, smanjuje upalu i oksidativni stres, podr\u017eava varenje i poma\u017ee opu\u0161tanje mi\u0161i\u0107a.
