Mo\u017ee biti dio sindroma hroni\u010dnog umora (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome \u2013 CFS) ili jednostavno simptom koji prati mnoga te\u0161ka stanja. Ljudi koji pate od hroni\u010dnog umora osje\u0107aju se neprestano bez energije, imaju pote\u0161ko\u0107a da obavljaju svakodnevne aktivnosti, \u010desto pate od slabije koncentracije i motivacije. Hroni\u010dni umor mo\u017ee biti samostalna dijagnoza (kada traju najmanje 6 mjeseci neobja\u0161njivog umora uz isklju\u010denje drugih uzroka) ili posljedica bolesti poput infekcija (npr. mononukleoza, COVID-19 \u201clong COVID\u201d), autoimunih bolesti, hormonskih poreme\u0107aja ili fibromijalgije. U slu\u010daju CFS, uzrok nije jasno definisan, postoje teorije o preostalim imunolo\u0161kim reakcijama nakon infekcije, hormonalnoj neravnote\u017ei, stresu i sl. Ono \u0161to je uo\u010deno jeste da mnogi oboljeli imaju <strong>povi\u0161ene markere upale<\/strong> niskog stepena i <strong>oksidativni stres<\/strong>, \u0161to sugeri\u0161e da zapaljenski procesi i slobodni radikali mogu igrati ulogu u odr\u017eavanju umora. Svakako, kada je tijelo u stanju hroni\u010dne upale (bilo zbog skrivene infekcije, autoimune aktivnosti ili gojaznosti), proizvode se citokini koji mogu izazvati osje\u0107aj umora i \u201cbolesni\u010dkog pona\u0161anja\u201d. <strong>Imunolo\u0161ki disbalans<\/strong> tako\u0111e mo\u017ee doprinijeti \u2013 kod nekih ljudi sa sindromom hroni\u010dnog umora primije\u0107ena je poreme\u0107ena funkcija NK \u0107elija (prirodnih \u0107elija ubica) i drugih dijelova imuniteta.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-39cd606f wd-width-100 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_title\" data-id=\"39cd606f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-wrapper wd-set-mb reset-last-child wd-title-color-default wd-title-style-default wd-title-size-default text-center\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"liner-continer\">\n\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"woodmart-title-container title wd-fontsize-l\">Prirodna podr\u0161ka organizmu<\/h3> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54a4ecc4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_text_block\" data-id=\"54a4ecc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_text_block.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kod hroni\u010dnog umora va\u017eno je tijelu obezbijediti sve potrebne nutrijente kako bi imalo energiju za oporavak. <strong>Spelta<\/strong> je pravi prirodni energizer u tom smislu. Kao slo\u017eeni ugljeni hidrat pun vlakana, spelta obezbje\u0111uje <strong>stalni dotok energije<\/strong> \u2013 za razliku od \u0161e\u0107era koji daje nagli kratkotrajni skok, spelta se vari polako i odr\u017eava nivo glukoze stabilnim, spre\u010davaju\u0107i energetske \u201cpadove\u201d tokom dana.
