Za razliku od osteoartritisa koji je posljedica habanja hrskavice, reumatoidni artritis je sistemska bolest \u2013 imuni sistem pogre\u0161no napada vlastita tkiva. RA spada u te\u0161ka oboljenja jer mo\u017ee dovesti do ozbiljnih deformiteta zglobova, gubitka pokretljivosti i zahvatanja drugih organa (srce, plu\u0107a).  <\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"wd-negative-gap elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element infekcije, pu\u0161enje, stres) pokre\u0107e autoimuni odgovor. U osnovi RA le\u017ei <strong>imunolo\u0161ki disbalans<\/strong>: preaktivan imuni sistem stvara antitijela koja napadaju membrane zglobova, stvaraju\u0107i trajnu <strong>hroni\u010dnu upalu<\/strong>. Upalni proces osloba\u0111a enzime koji razaraju hrskavicu i kost, a stvara se i vi\u0161ak slobodnih radikala (<strong>oksidativni stres<\/strong>) koji dodatno o\u0161te\u0107uje zglobna tkiva. Bogata je dijetetskim vlaknima i kompleksnim ugljikohidratima, koji poma\u017eu odr\u017eanju zdrave tjelesne te\u017eine \u2013 manja tjelesna te\u017eina smanjuje optere\u0107enje na bolne zglobove. Spelta sadr\u017ei zna\u010dajne koli\u010dine <strong>magnezijuma<\/strong> i <strong>vitamina B-grupe<\/strong>, koji doprinose normalnoj funkciji mi\u0161i\u0107a i nervnog sistema, \u0161to mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u smanjenju gr\u010deva i uko\u010denosti.  <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Njena <strong>protuupalna svojstva<\/strong> ogledaju se i kroz prisustvo antioksidanasa poput vitamina E i selena koji mogu oboriti nivo upalnih citokina u tijelu. Tako\u0111er, spelta ima <strong>alkaliziraju\u0107i efekat<\/strong> na organizam \u2013 poma\u017ee uspostavljanje pH ravnote\u017ee, \u0161to je korisno jer kisela sredina potencijalno poja\u010dava upale.
