{"id":35353,"date":"2024-05-19T08:39:33","date_gmt":"2024-05-19T08:39:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eliksirvitalnosti.com\/vitamin-k\/"},"modified":"2024-05-19T08:39:33","modified_gmt":"2024-05-19T08:39:33","slug":"vitamin-k","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eliksirvitalnosti.com\/bs\/vitamin-k\/","title":{"rendered":"Vitamin K"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tu se ne radi samo o jednom pojedina\u010dnom molekulu, nego o sedam srodnih molekula koje \u010dine <strong>vitamin K<\/strong>: tu spadaju dva prirodna provitamina K1 filokinon i K2 menakinon i pet sinteti\u010dkih vitamina od kojih je najpoznatiji K3 (menadion).<br \/>\nDvije prirodne forme K1 i K2 stvaraju bakterije u crijevima.<br \/>\nTo je kristalno jedinjenje \u017eu\u0107kaste boje, rastvorljivo u mastima, otporno na zagrijavanje.<br \/>\nVitamin K je prijeko potreban za sintezu bjelan\u010devina (protrombina) koje u\u010destvuju u procesu koagulacije krvi. Sinteza tih bjelan\u010devina odvija se u jetri.<br \/>\nNedostatak ovog vitamina je rijedak slu\u010daj i javlja se kod dugotrajnog uzimanja antibiotika koji uni\u0161tavaju crijevnu floru. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Izvori vitamina<\/h2>\n<p>Ima ga u brokulama, \u0161pinatu, kelerabi, zelenoj salati, iznutricama.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preporu\u010dena dnevna doza<\/h2>\n<p>Dnevne koli\u010dine vitamina K su jako male. Zdrava osoba ih mo\u017ee dovoljno nabaviti putem hrane ili sintezom pomo\u0107u bakterija koje se nalaze u crijevima.
