According to the World Health<br \/>\nOrganization (WHO), this is the third most common form of cancer in men and the second in women. Although the primary<br \/>\nrisk factors for colon cancer are usually associated with diet, genetics, lack of physical<br \/>\nactivity, and smoking, more and more attention is being paid to the impact of psychological factors, such as stress, depression, and<br \/>\nanxiety.<br \/>\nThe link between stress and colon cancer<br \/>\nStudies show that there is a connection between chronic stress and an increased risk of developing cancer,<br \/>\nincluding colon cancer.
