Research shows that even chronic sleep disturbance can increase the level of pro-inflammatory markers in the body, further promoting immune imbalance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, women with autoimmune diseases often have a more pronounced sensitivity to inflammatory processes, as their immune system naturally reacts more intensely than men&#8217;s. This biological advantage in fighting infections can, paradoxically, increase the risk of the body overreacting to its own tissues. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Fatigue that is not ordinary fatigue<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the most common symptoms of autoimmune diseases is deep, chronic fatigue. It does not subside after sleep. It does not disappear on weekends.
