Today the situation is different. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The soil is often depleted, production methods are accelerated, and plants grow in conditions that are not always ideal. Although food still looks good, its nutritional composition is no longer what it used to be. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In other words\u2014we eat, but we don&#8217;t always get what we think we&#8217;re consuming.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>The impact of modern lifestyle<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The quality of food today is affected not only by cultivation methods, but also by the environment in which we live.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Air, water, and soil pollution have become everyday reality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All of this affects the plants we consume.
