PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION AND CARD DATA

When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted via SSL and PKI systems in encrypted form. Security is guaranteed by the Banca Intesa ad Beograd processor, and payment is made on the bank's page. Card information is not available to our system.

VAT STATEMENT

VAT is included in the product price. There are no hidden costs.

CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be made in dinars (RSD). The amount in other currencies is converted according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, and then according to the exchange rate of the card organization. Minimal deviations in the amount charged are possible.

REFUND

In the case of a refund for a purchase paid by card, the refund is made exclusively via VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO, DINA or AMEX payment methods, to the cardholder's account.

FISCAL INVOICES

Fiscal invoices are delivered in digital form (PDF, HTML), via the website or e-mail provided by the customer.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery of tablets and other non-frozen products
(delivery within 48h)

  • Regular delivery price – 499 dinars
  • In case of advance payment via account – 299 dinars
  • For orders over 10,000 dinars – delivery is free

Delivery of frozen products
(shipping on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

  • Regular delivery price – 990 dinars

The delivery time for non-frozen products is 48h.
Frozen products are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, after which the customer receives an e-mail with the shipment tracking number.

Delivery is made by post, between Monday and Friday, except for public holidays. Gift vouchers cannot be used to cover delivery costs.

Delivery is possible to all postal codes in Serbia.

RETURN OF GOODS

Any visible damage must be reported via our e-mail. Check the contents of the package before signing for receipt. If the product is not damaged, the receipt can be signed.

COMPLAINTS ABOUT DATA OR INCORRECT GOODS

If the delivered goods do not match the ordered goods or the information on the invoice is incorrect, send an e-mail with your information (name, surname, telephone) and a description of the problem. You will receive a response as soon as possible. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 14 days.

REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATION OF ONLINE PURCHASE

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded online within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Withdrawal procedure:

  • Submit a statement of withdrawal electronically within 14 days
  • Sign the statement and attach the invoice
  • Return the product no later than 14 days from sending the statement
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method

The product must be returned to one of our retail addresses. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the product.

For all purchases paid by card, refunds are made exclusively through VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO, DINA or AMEX payment systems.
