a) Cash on delivery payment
If you choose cash on delivery payment when confirming your order, you will pay for the selected products in cash upon pickup. Cash on delivery payment is possible exclusively on the territory of Serbia.
b) Credit card payment
Direct online payment with credit cards such as DinaCard, VISA and MasterCard/Maestro is currently not in function. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery on the territory of Serbia is performed directly through the courier service of Zeleni Sokovi Nemet Doo company. Due to the sensitivity of products and the required method of transport, Zeleni Sokovi Nemet Doo is the only competent company for delivery and products cannot be delivered by other courier services and Post Express due to the lack of guarantee that products will be delivered in frozen state. Delivery is carried out by zones and each zone has its minimum order value from which delivery is free. The courier service reserves the right to change the price list of its services and minimum order values.
Delivery is not performed on Sundays and during national holidays, unless the parties have agreed otherwise. Any extraordinary delivery outside the scheduled days is performed with a fee. After receiving your order, you will receive an automatic message to the email address you provided. If we need additional information, we will contact you at the phone number you provided.
All products in frozen condition are properly packaged in transport containers.
According to the Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014), purchasing through our online sales website is considered distance selling.
The law for distance selling establishes the customer's right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product was delivered to their possession, or to the possession of a person designated by the customer who is not the carrier. When withdrawing, the customer does not have to state the reasons for withdrawal.
For frozen products, for personalized products (for example, personalized nutrition plan), different rules apply: after taking possession of them, one cannot withdraw from the purchase. Frozen products are very sensitive and after delivery we have no insight into how they are stored and kept by the customer, so we are not able to take them back. There are special cases, for that see point 3. PRODUCT COMPLAINTS.
For products that can be returned within 14 days, contact us and we will send instructions on how to return the goods. According to the Consumer Protection Law, the customer bears the costs of returning products.
The customer is obliged to return the product without delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day they sent the withdrawal form. After the expiration of 14 days from the day they sent the withdrawal, the product can no longer be returned.
It is possible to return only products that are unused, undamaged and in unopened and original packaging, with the original receipt.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The customer is responsible for defects or damage to products that result from inadequate handling of the product, i.e., the customer is exclusively responsible for the reduced value of the product that occurs as a consequence of handling goods in a way that is not adequate, or exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that defects or damage to the product occurred due to the customer's fault, the price refund will be refused and the product will be returned to them at their expense.
The price is refunded to the customer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct, by transfer to the customer's bank account.
