Dijabetes tip 2 mi je dijagnostikovan pre 5 godina. Šećer mi je bio stalno visok uprkos lekovima – jutarnji po 9-10 mmol/l. Na preporuku poznanika počeo sam sa Gliko balansom uz redovnu terapiju. Posle tri meseca jutarnji šećer mi je pao na 6.5-7, a HbA1c sa 8.1 na 7.2. Endokrinolog je bio iznenađen napretkom i rekao da nastavim sa onim što radim. Ovaj paket mi je promenio život.
Sa 67 godina dobila sam dijagnozu predijabetesa. Šećer natašte 6.8, lekar rekao da moram da promenim ishranu ili ide metformin. Počela sam da pijem Gliko balans i prilagodila ishranu.
